Maintenance
fees are estimated to be approximately $350 to $595 per month in Phase I.

Within
this exclusive gated community, you will have ready access to the private
recreation center with a gracious gathering room, including a kichenette and
large covered lanai, barbecues and a generous sized pool with sandy bottom
